Won THE CJ CUP Byron Nelson, his 14th PGA TOUR victory in his 139th start at the age of 28 years, 10 months, 13 days. Became the 72nd player in PGA TOUR history to reach 14 wins. Became the third player with a 72-hole score of 253, joining Ludvig Åberg (2023 RSM Classic) and Justin Thomas (2017 Sony Open in Hawaii). Marked fourth consecutive season with a win (four wins in 2022; two wins in 2023; seven wins in 2024; one win in 2025). Recorded his second TOUR victory in his home state of Texas (2022 World Golf Championships-Dell Technologies Match Play). Became the third wire-to-wire winner in CJ CUP Byron Nelson history (Mark Hayes/1976, Tom Watson/1980) and first on TOUR since Lee Hodges (2023 3M Open). Improved to 9-for-15 when leading/co-leading entering the final round in individual stroke-play events on TOUR. Led the field in Strokes Gained: Tee to Green (16.972) and Strokes Gained: Approach the Green (12.811).
